What are your shipping times?
As of now, please allow 1-4 week days for processing & 1-2 weeks of shipping time for active products on the website. Please do understand that customs may take additional time due to possibly sourcing out items, but I will keep you personally updated throughout that process. I’m only a one woman show (at the moment), so please bear with me!
Do you ship worldwide?
At the moment, I do not due to the higher shipping & tax costs whilst still being in the beginning stages of my business. However, I do aim to strive for international shipping in the future & will post an announcement once that changes!
Do you accept refunds?
Unfortunately, I do not accept refunds, but please let me know if there is an issue with your order by contacting shopsyncfiction@gmail.com with your order number & what the issue is. I genuinely value having a positive relationship with all of you & thus will happily aid in the process of fixing it.
Do you do customs?
Absolutely! I’m open to accepting customs, so if you’re looking for something made by me that you don’t see on the site, feel free to shoot me an email at shopsyncfiction@gmail.com or even a DM on Instagram @syncfiction so we can work on a piece together!
Are all of your necklaces one size?
My necklaces typically range between 14-18 inches & all come with a default 2.5 inch extender that is listed in the item description. If you’re looking for an adjustment at all, don’t be shy to let me know in the request/comments box upon checkout & I’d be happy to do it free of charge!
Are all of your pieces hypoallergenic?
I do include a general materials list in the item description of every product, but sometimes, I will use items bought second-hand or incorporate upcycled items that could contain allergens.
